"There are several factors responsible for the situation of overpopulation. The primary factor is the advancement in the medical field. Medical science discoveries have invented the cure of several hazardous diseases. Several fertility operations have been successfully established for the people who couldn’t give birth to their own babies. The other factor affecting it is the rate of literacy. Still, the people are not aware of their responsibilities and the evil outcomes of overpopulation. They are not concerned about the need for Family planning. Their lack of awareness about these sensitive issues reflects the crucial need for accurate education.
Overpopulation seems to be a dangerous situation as it would result in putting extra pressure on our limited resources. It would lead to the exploitation of our valuable resources and will not be available for future generations. Degradation of the environment is another phenomenon that is the result of overgrowing population. Besides, there is a tremendous increase in the pollution rate by the emission of deadly gases from vehicles and industries due to the population growth. It leads to global warming. The increase in population is directly proportional to the increase in the number of unemployed people. The government is enabled to find jobs for such a bulk. Moreover, it leads to several pandemics and makes the conditions worse. A very recent example is the COVID19 pandemic. Because of the oversized population in various nations, it is getting a difficult task to control the spread of this virus. Apart from this, the population needs an area to live in. this causes deforestation and thus urbanization. It has reduced the forest land and had converted it into multi Storey buildings, apartments, industries, and offices.
Society needs to understand that the situation of overpopulation would definitely have an evil impact on future generations. To cure this, proper knowledge and importance should be spread on the issues like family planning and people should be made aware how of dangerous overpopulation could be. It is the fundamental duty of every citizen to make Earth a happy place to live and should transfer it to our children and grandchildren In a healthy manner."
